When you join our founding list or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, town, and the services you are interested in. When booking opens, booking and payment details will be collected through our booking provider to schedule and complete your service.
We use your information only to operate LumaNest: to contact you about our launch and your booking, to schedule and deliver services, to send service reminders and receipts, and to ask for a review after a completed job. If you join as a pro, we use your details to evaluate and contact you about work opportunities.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share details with a service pro only as needed to complete your booked job (for example, your address and job notes on the day of service).
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, and launch updates if you joined the founding list). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@lumanesthomeservices.com or through the form on our homepage. We will honor deletion requests except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
